Question about clutch system, 97 SE

I just recently had a hose replaced that came off of the slave cylinder for the clutch system. After driving a couple of days the pedal started to get really stiff and the clutch would not fully engage (i.e. slip). If the car is cold, everything seems to work fine, no slippage, but after 10 - 15 min of driving it all goes down hill. Last night the clutch decided to not engage at all while in rush-hour traffic, but I let it sit for about 30 and it was working again. Any ideas what would be going on, would a bubble in the hydraulic line cause this problem? Any insight would be appreciated.

Even if u had all hydraulics dropped, clutch should/would not slip. Theoretical possibility you have work cyl/linkage pinning clutch down.

I guess clutch plates are worn -or- oil leak. Clutch wears out at 150-200kmiles, depends who drives how...
