Looks good so far! I like the way you have painted the engine. I have been thinking about the Top Studio set hopefully I will be able to get one sometime.

Keep it up,
Mark

Hi edu55,

Nice progress so far. I like the texturing you are giving to some of the different parts. I assume you are using the fabric in the picture to do that, but I can't tell for sure if you are using putty and pressing the fabric onto that. I noticed that some of the '05-'06 models were using a textured seat pad, mostly on the ZXRR, but also a few other's.

Super detail painting on the motor too.

Keep up the great work. I look forward to the progress on the use of the TS transkit.

Hey Edu!

Great to see another Spanish here!! ;)

The bike looks fantastic I love the texture you done on the seat I saw the M1 '05 In live and I can say that the seat texture is like your model seat.
I hope to see more updates soon.

Welcome!

Bye

Hi, thanks a lt fr he interest.
Paint the engine is not easy, I have try with Alclad II chrome, many times applied after black coat, but the secret is to apply with a first coat of brigth black and then apply a fine coat of Alclad but after to the black one is dry. Then the Alclad is fixed very well, fortunatelly I have succed in this model.

See you soon.

Hi Dave,

I try the texture of seat in this mode after check the pitures in the books Moto GP racers archive. The seat is vinil with some rugosity, then with a fine cotton linnen you should apply a mixture of Tamiya putty with thinner (normal), and "paint" the fabric, then put the seat over there and press carefully, the result is ok. Take care because the mixure dry very fast.

Se you soon.
