Installed Keyless entry Keypad Problem

I bought a Keyless Entry Keypad and mounted on my door above the door handle on my 2000 Silverado. This is made by JBS Technologies found at www.bulldogsecurity.com (http://www.bulldogsecurity.com). This is a really nice addon but I am having a problem with my Factory alarm. My problem is that it will lock the doors by pushing the 7 and 9 keys but sometimes and only sometimes when I put in my code it will unlock the truck and then the factory alarm is tripped. Seems like it is after several minutes after it is locked because I can lock the truck and then put my code in and it works fine. Let is set for a long period of time and the when it unlocks the alarm goes off.
I connected the unlock wire to the power unlock white + brown plug at BCM like I have read on several web sites. What I need to know, is this hooked to the right wire or should I connect to another wire instead of this on, like the unlock wire at the door?
Other than that this is a great addon. I got mine on Ebay for 25.00 brand new in a sealed box.

Any help or input will help. If someone posts something that helps I will respond with the fix.

Thanks,
Dougger

Just an update. I actually overlooked the FSAD (Factory Security Alarm Disable) wire. Once I hooked this to the light green wire in the drivers side kick panel it was fine. This is actually a really cool add on.
