'Check Engine' Codes from 97 Concorde 3.5L

I got a MIL ['check engine' light method] diagnostic sequence of 12 77 32 32 55.
12 = battery disconnect (not sure why)
77*= ??
32** = ??
32** = ??
55 = end of sequence

The Chilton's manual has a double asterix next the 32**code that suggests the more serious problem over the 77 code. I haven't had a chance to read in detail what the 77 32 means.

What is the causing (source) the 32 and 77 codes??
Will the check engine light shut off if the source of 32** code is repaired?
Are any special tools needed to fix the problem?
The car has 174K miles.I need an emission sticker this month.
I appreciate any help. Thanks!

77*
Malfunction detected with power feed to speed control servo solenoids
32**
Required change in air/fuel ratio not detected during diagnostic test

At that rate your not getting that sticker.

Disconnect your battery to reset the computer and hope it doesnt come back. I wouldnt know where to start on that one.

Perhaps a failing pcm.

The 'check engine' light disappeared initially after I disconnected and then reconnected the battery. I then repeated the MIL test and codes 12 32 77 came back.
A mechanic on justanswer.com diagnosed the a 32 code as an O2 sensor problem (he was not sure about the code 77). Help!
