Street Racing Signals?

Are there any generally accepted signals to end / start a race, or to say "you/I won. good race". (ie brights, hazards, etc)

Or ricer flyby from a person who's already lost or racing people who aren't even racing.

A good thumbs-up is what it should be, but there isn't enough good sportsmanship out there.

Im not sure if its a real signal, but when a sweet ride starts flashing brights at me Ill let em catch up to me and this normally starts a race. Also theres always the good old revving someone out at a red light

Usually a rev or a lurch at a light that is generally accompanied by a silly grin will signal a race. Or in my case, Is that a V-6? To which I usually reply Yes.
