This morning I discovered that the blower motor quit working and the windows were quite frosted. I removed the resistor and water came out. This is the second time in a year that I have had to replcae the resistor. I am curious as to where the water most likely is coming from and how to track down or fix the issue. Thanks for your time!

Your HVAC drain is possibly pluged.
The drain is located on the firewall,
toward the bottom - right of center.
Heres a pic of the drain tubs(it an elbow that points downward)

You can use a stiff wire to clear it or some compressed air.
Btw- A coat hanger may be to stiff.
