On Friday I got my new alarm, remote start package installed in the TA. Now most of the time (90%) whenever I remote start my car the service engine light comes on? I would take it to a local car parts store but they all have OBI scanners. Ideas? Oh and I had a shop install all of that,

How was the vats bypassed? (resistor, programmed out or module). I am sure its something to do with whats triggered or powered up by the remote start module versus what the ignition would do.

I am not entirely sure... But it does seem to be just when its remotly started.
Also now its looking like I am having high oil pressure. If my car is cold oil pressure is staying about 40psi in idle, its takes about until when the car hits the 160 degree mark then the oil pressure will drop. Ideas???

That sounds about right, if it was low you should worry but thats not much higher than normal on a cold start.

The paperclip thing doesn't work on 94 or 95 OBD 1 systems because they are hybrid PCM's.
