I have a 1997 ford E 150. The headlights have quit working. The bulbs are good the fuses are good and the relay is good. I NEED HELP. I use this van for my job without headlights i cant work.

Good possibility is that the headlamp switch has gone sour!!
You might want to try that or get a wiring diagram and check your voltages and grounds first.

I have the same problem. how do you replace the headlight switch?

Check the dimmer switch first. I had the same problem and it comes back to the dimmer/wiper control/turn signal unit.
