Help? Information on engine repair.

I have been trying to find any information on timing a 5efe :banghead:. I need to take out the cam shafts and also remove and replace the rod bearings. So I actually have two questions. I need to know how to time the cams and also what the clearance needs to be for the rod bearings. If anyone could help, that would be great thanks.

Or, would it be possible to put a 4AFE into the engine bay? If so, would I need a new wiring harness and ECU?
