Sub/Amp question

for pretty cheap. Will these subs stand up to the amp? If so, what would be the best way to wire them up?

I know the amp isn't the greatest but it's an upgrade at this time isn't going to happen. Thanks!!

Decent subs, the amp puts out enough power to power them, what kind of enclosure are you going to put them in? www.rockfordfosgate.com (http://www.rockfordfosgate.com) has a wiring wizard that is pretty decent, anyways, I would personally wire them at 4Ohms, the amp puts out 180RMS, give or take a few watts at 4Ohms, plenty to power the subs.

One sub on each channel. But i would turn the power down a bit depending on the EQ setup and what he sets the gains at. Dont want to blow a new set of subs.

Could I bridge the amp and run the wiring like the first diagram? http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/rftech/woofer_wizard.asp?submitted=true&woofer_qty=2&woofer_imp=1 My kid is debating on whether or not he'll use these. He wanted one 12" for space reasons. I was planning on building a sealed box - never built a ported and I'm not sure how to tune one. Are there any good box building sites/plan makers out there?

I have two of those exact Kickers in my car with a Kicker ZX550.2 amp (I got them from crutchfield when they were on sale-buy one get one free). They are EXCELLENT subs, I'm putting 295W RMS bridged to them and they handle it very well, I'm barely working them at all! As far as bridging your amp, of course, as long as the amp itself is bridgeable and stable at 2 Ohms bridged, you'll be fine, the 295W I'm pushing in the small hatchback I have is almost too much, excellent sub choice, one is plenty! WAY better than the two from Circuit City! I'd say order it! Not sure about the sub box plans, would really depend on where you're going to put it, they recommend 1.5 cubic feet of airspace for that CVR, but some poly-fiberfill and you can get away with around 1 in a sealed box that sounds right!
