GM intake manifold, Will it work?

work on my 2000 Z24? if it will, will i see any difference in performance? or am i better off getting a 2.3 Intake from a older quad4?

if its from an older engine, i really doubt it is going to be better for your car than what is on it now. Also, i'm not claiming to know a damn thing about Chevy 4cylinders, but the bolt pattern and engine placement may have changed so fitment might be a problem. Not to mention, the TB is going to be vertical so you're probably going to have to figure out how to reroute your throttle cable (assuming the stock manifold has a horizontal placement)

With just the manifold, you wont see much of anything. That doesnt look like the stock 2.4 manifold, maybe it is though. Looks more like the plastic one that's on the ECOTEC or the one from RSM.

NVM, i just looked at my intake manifold and it looks the same as this one, so no point in swapping.. i guess i'll keep on looking for the 2.3 HO manifold.
