AC whine?

I have a whine comming from the serpentine belt. It of course goes up in pitch with rpm increase and down to a dull moan at idle. The powersteering pump was originally the suspect, its been replaced. i was curious what all could cause the noise. I am torn between the tensioner and the AC Compressor pulley. If the AC pulley is suspect, does anyone know how to replace it? i had it priced around 50$. frankly, to make that sound go away, its a bargain. also, how much would one expect to pay to get their ABS brakes fixed? is their a walkthrough of how to fix abs?

You might get a stethoscope or a long steel bar /pipe on it and see if you can pinpoint the sound. Also unplug alternator and try it.
What year and engine?
On the ABS brakes we would need to know the code or a general idea of what they are doing.
2 wheel or 4 wheel ABS brakes?

1994 c1500. 350 v8.
2 wheel drive, rear obviously.
the abs breaks only lock up the driver side rear tire when its either wet or snowy out. dry conditions it doesnt act up. I know its the ABS doing it, just havent ever worked on them before and frankly dont know how. if i push the brake pedal down over halfway or so, the brake releases and it rolls forward a bit then jerks to a stop again as it locks up.

First step wold be to check for ABS brake codes.
Jumper H and A on DLC terminals.
And post back any codes.
