We need a little more information! I assume you have a PA and if so, is it an Ultra. What year and how many miles? Did you check the cam gear magnet while replacing the cam sensor? Did you have a code 41 before replacing the balancer?

Welcome to AF! It takes a little time & practice to get the hang of things here. Anything you need help with, feel free to ask.

We still need the year of the car. Do you know if the balancer you installed was a "China" brand, or OEM? The reason I ask, we have seen several aftermarket brands with an out of sync reluctor ring, on the backside of the balancer and that will trigger a code 41. :screwy:

The car has 150K miles, do you know if the timing set (chain & gears) is original, or if it has been replaced. If it is original, you should check the magnet first, then consider having a new timing set installed!:grinyes:

You can not tell if the crank sensor is operating correctly, by "how it looks".:uhoh:
Usually, a funky crank sensor will cause random stalling.:screwy:

You may only need a puller like this once or twice in your life, so why pay big bucks for one. You can get one here (http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=37824) for ten bucks that should do the job for the DIY mechanic.:grinyes:
