Warranty for Emissions

Is the warranty for emission problems like P0410 with the Secondary Air Injector System Malfunction covered for my 2001 Aurora? I read somewhere that it is a 5 year warranty. It only has 70,000 miles on it and it came up with the code. Does anyone know the reason? Is it a quick fix or not. Tried to clear with battery and came right back on and then did it with Diagnostic tester and it came back on the next day.

Not covered over 3/36, only the cat and the pcm have extended coverage.
