99' Astro Remote Locks

1999 Astro, Changed the Altenator and Then had to replace the battery. Now the Remote will not work to unlock the doors or open the back hatch. Chacked and can not find a blown fuse. Any ideas out there?

have you toggled the switch under the dash?
