1995 mitsubishi eclipse gsx

i have some questions on the performance of a stock 1995 mitsubishi eclipse gsx automatic. on the automatic stock engine, can the top speed (180mph) be reached? if not what's the highest speed, atleast that you reached with a stock gsx or any other automatic model? if it's not reachable, what modification would have to be done (change ecu, more horsepower (stock has 210), change piston to a high emission piston), bigger turbo, and a bigger intercooler)? also last question, someone told me in general automatics have 4 gears, i forgot to ask if they were talking about the d,r,1, and 2 or when you put it on d, it has 4 gears and only the manual model has 5 gears? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN THESE QUESTIONS OR ATLEAST ANY THAT YOU SERIOUSLY KNOW, I NEED THIS INFORMATION TO BE ACCURATE PLEASE, BECAUSE THE LAST CAR I HAD DIDNT GO PAST 102MPH I WAS GOING TO CRASH IT ON PURPOSE.

so 140 top speed is for both stock automatic and stock manual? of coarse only the acceleration on manual is faster.

Speed limiter is set to 130 or 140. Need to remove that from the ECU first.

i dont even know if the gearing in the tranny will go fast. My car will hit about 160mph and that would be maxing out 5th. Why do you need to go this fast???

Swap in a jet engine and step on the gas, that'll get you to 180.

Also, why in the hell would you want to go 180mph? Do you have a death wish? If not, then I suggest a safer speed... Preferably the speed limit... Its idiots like you that kill people doing retarded speeds on normal roadways. For instance, we had a guy a few years ago doing 115mph in a 45mph zone which was in a little town. Would you like to know what happened? He hit a little girl and killed her instantly. His ass is now in jail and if you drive retarded like that too you might end up his cellmate...
