From a 96 Lumina bought used, have the procedure, but no code to unlock it.
The dealerships here will do it for $30, but won't tell me the code, and I sure as hell am not going to spend $30 every time I disconnect the battery.

That's cool the dealer can unlock the delco radio. I figured it would be impossible, but low and behold the power of GM. My gues... start cycling (0000, 0001, 0002....)
