shifter handle

Has anyone with a manual taken off the factory rubber shift knob and replaced it? I cannot get that stinking thing off! I want to replace it with a hurst t-handle. Any ideas?

Get a 8 ball shifter... I used to have one in my Honda.

After I got rid of the Honda, I put it on my Snapper.

Now I no longer have the Snapper.
