Now, I know that the 3100 and 3400 Gen 3 60-degree V6's are related.
The codes for these are LG8 for the 3100, and LA1 for the 3400.
How related is the LG8 motor to the '92 3.1 that's in my 92 Lumina?
How true is the rumor that the heads from the LA1 can be swapped onto the LG8 for an extra 35 hp gain?
If the LG8 and my 3.1 are very closely related, could I theoretically do the same swap to my vehicle and make some extra POWAH?
