89 Buick Park Ave

I have a 1989 Buick Park Ave with 87000 Miles. I'm having problems with the brakes, when I press on the brake peddel it stops fine, but when I hit the brake pedel had the brake light and ABS light will come on this happens when I am at a stand still or moving. First off i thought it was my brake fulid but i checked it and it was fine... Do i need to bleed my brakes or what? I can't figure this out... Please Help
