I have a 1998 Villager and my wife went to leave and it wont start. The Key turns but nothing not even a click. Vehicle has brand new Battery and Alternator so I had her go get a Starter I replaced it and still nothing. I have checked Fuses and Wiring to the Starter from Battery nothing.

If the van has power with the ignition switch turned on and starter won't crank it would be the neutral switch, start(inhibit)relay or corroded/loose battery cables. Alternators and starters usually last a long time on these vans so I would start with the battery cables.
