Adding Factory Navigation to 04 DTS

Anybody know if I can just take out the factory CD Player of my 2004 Deville DTS and drop in a navigation head? I've seen some on E-bay but I didn't know if it was that simple or if their was some other piece of hardware I needed to make it work.
