needs some info

im new to this and the Question im going to ask has probably been asked more than any one wants to read but i want to do a swap on a 5th gen st and i know i have the options of the 4age 20valve, the 4age 16valve. and the 4agze. and i have heard of a 4afe/4agze hybrid(what is that). So if i wanted to go F/I what would be my best bet. any info would be helpful
