Hey This is my first post here, sorry if it is the wrong section (not a good start :frown:).
I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a 1/24 Kit of a Zonda C12, or if there is even a model of it, as I really like this car. I have looked everywhere (that I know of) but had no luck.
While I'm here... I'm pretty new to this, I've made 1 car in the past (Tamiya S2000) and can't really say it was great but wasn't too bad. That was about 1-2 years ago.
I've been looking around the forums the last few days taking in some info.
I have alot of spare time lately so I want to build a scale model.
I'll be starting one in a few weeks (hopefully) so cant wait to get started.
Thanks for reading.

There currently isn't a plastic kit of the Zonda available. Nor is there a resin kit (that I know of) of this car. There aren't any widely known plans to manufacture kits of this car, either, unfortunately, so a ground-up build of a plastic or resin kit is not possible. There is however, a 1:24 diecast model of this car (available, I think, from Miasto) which has good body proportions, and can be a good jumping off point for building a model of this car. There is a builder here, Zoom-zoomMX-5, who has converted a few diecast with tremendous results. It may take some advanced skills to do, however; like using putty to thin panel lines or kitbashing with other kits and some scratchbuilding if you want to have a really detailed model, but some skilled detail painting can make it quite passable.

Veyron is actually the one who has done the killer diecast upgrades that people remember here, and he did manage to strip a Motormax Zonda and perhaps show pics of it here at one point, it's the only 1/24 scale model available and it's a bit crude but typical of a cheap model and it can be improved. I think the Zonda is hideous  , but he'll make it nice...whenever he quits playracing GTR online and starts building again :icon16:

Whoops! Veyron is who I meant. I had a momentary lapse, there. Sorry! Poke him in the ribs until he gets back to work on it, I for one would like to see it. Not to start a fight, but I think the Zonda is wicked hot ;)
