Rear wiper doesn't work!

About a week ago I noticed my rear wiper does not work at all. I checked the fuse and it was burnt out, so I replaced it and I tried the wiper, again nothing. I looked under the hood for a relay for it, but I couldn't finde the relay for the rear wiper. Anybody have any thoughts on how to fix this?

did the replacement fuse blow too? If so you have a short somewhere... electrical gremlins are a major pain.
