European P10 tail lights

Here's my question, to anyone outside the United States. Where in the world were the P10's sold with the clear/red tail lights? Or better yet, the smoked clear tops with the red bottoms? Here's a picture, I think those are the smoked ones? I saw these tail lights in the Hyper Rev book a little while ago and ever since I've been trying to track down where i can buy them.
IIRC, it lists them in the Hyper Rev book as being manufacturered by S.P.I Europe? Is that the same as Nissan of Europe? Thank you.

What's really cool about these is they also include a rear fog light incorporated into the tail lights. A rear fog light is an extra bright red light that makes your car visible in nasty weather (not like you get that in Arizona).

They are on my list.

Thanks. I must have missed that thread the first time around. I'm not sure if the rear fog light will really help out here (Tucson does see a little more weather than Phoenix), however I'm not really thinking of getting these for function, I'm really only looking at them for the asthetic value. :D
