Spots showing through the paint

A while ago I primed a car body, and when spraying something else after that some dark blue paint landed onto the body. Just a few spots, but it did show. I thought those spots would be rendered invisible by the final paint coats, but it seems to show through the paint!
The spots are Tamiya's Deep Metallic Blue, and the color the car's body is painted is Tamiya Italian Red. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks in advance.

You may be able to cover the dark spots with paint- but with Tamiya TS red, the paint will need to be a half cm or so thick. TS red is notorious for being transparent, which is why it has to be sprayed over white primer. The only way to make them invisible is to either sand them out and apply more red, or spray the spots over with white primer and then more red.
