92 Supra Spoiler - 3rd Brake Light ?

Not my car but a friend has a 92 Supra with the third brake light in the spoiler. There's a short somewhere and he wants to get into the assembly but neither of us can figure out how to open it up. There are no screws or clips visible. So how the heck do you get in there?
