speaker help plz

Hey I just got some new pioneer speakers and my friend and I installed them but the right speaker is a lot quieter than the left one. It also hisses (sssssssssssss) when I turn the volume up. My friend says its the wiring and not our crappy installation (we need conncet all the wires pretty good though :rolleyes: ). So does anyone know what the problem might be. thanks!

If you are using factory wiring then rerun your own wires and see how that goes.
