The Hasegawa Evo.3 is a good bet, total parts in the kit is around 116 pieces. It includes interior with shifter, handbrake, detailed dashboard. Wheels include brake and suspension details and there is reasonable underbody detail including seperate exhaust.

first car model? I'd say go with a simple kit, and by what you've stated that you are interested in, you are on a good start. any of those kits should lend to a good build as they are fairly well detailed in most manners aside from engine (they have none that I'm aware of). I like silvias, so that would be my suggestion, but the interior is quite sparse and the fact that it has a 5 speed shifter and an automatic tranny moulded to the chassis pan.

Hey, welcome to AF.
The answer to your question is yes. A lot of people use automotive paints, just remember to primer it correctly. Do a search using "auto paint" etc etc.. and you will have most of the info you need.
As to answer your question in your previous post, IMO auto paint looks better than most model paints if applied correctly.
NOTE: metalic flakes may possibley seem off scale, that's the only downside I can think of.
There's no need to open a different thread for each question, the way you were doing it in the previous thread was fine.
HTH,
Steve

also do parts like doors opens?
None of the Hasegawa Lancer's have opening doors. They are moulded shut.
and is spoiler and body parts put separetely or it comes already in shell?
The spoilers are seperate from the shell. It makes for easier painting.
will real auto paint will paint good on these models?(my dad a car painter)
You can use real auto paint on your model. Many people on here do.Just make sure you use the corect type of primer before you spray the colour coats. As some auto paint could damage the plastic.
are headlamps and taillights colored or its plastic too and i have to paint it?
The headlamps and tail lights are clear plastic. You can paint them with Tamiya clear red and orange paint for a realistic look.
do suspension works?
The suspension is included on most model cars but it doesn't actually work.
