stolen

I just bought a phone off ebay to work with verizon and it came up as stolen, i called the guy he said he would do a refund and that would be that. well he hasnt gotten around to that yet... is there a way to make the phone UNstolen? lol umm yea 200$ down the damn hole... i still keep calling him untill i get my money back, i filled a suit with paypal... how much of that 200$ will i get back?

If everything goes well and correctly, paypal should refund you all 200 of it...

haha its christmas, im not getting anything from him... so im buying my a phone... i've been through like 6 phones in the past 2 months...

yea they wouldnt activate the phone... he had high feedback rating i believe and one negitive left? im goign to leave him positive because he toook care of this so quickly..

With Verizon once a phone is reported lost or stolen it is no good anymore...I asked a friend of mine that is a manager of a Verizon store about that a little while back...

well its christmas and i didnt ask for anything so i got a card... then i went on ebay and most people must be away from their computer so i found a real deal for under 200$ i got a brand new in box 8600... here that phone sells for 268$ so i made out liek bandit! Happy Holidays to everyone!

So basicly you only buy from businesses. If the person has 50+ and above 95%, I feel safe enough.
