'05 Yukon fog lights

The fog lights on our 2005 Yukon are worthless. It seems like most of my recent driving has been at night in heavy rain and keeping it between the highway lines has been difficult. I think part of the problem is the light is recessed deep into the facia, unlike the Danali, and cannot get the light out to the sides. Any suggestions on an aftermarket powerful set that wouldn't loook like a stick-on afterthought?

Only up and down. The problem is the light does not project out to the sides and the vertical size is extremely small.
