97 Sebring Dash Lights

The dash lights quit working on my Sebring. I checked the fuse and it is ok, I pulled the insstrument cluster thinking maybe I would see something there, but I didn't. I pulled a couple of the lights and the bulbs are ok.

Is there something I am missing. I sure hate the thought of tracing the wiring backwards, I do not have a wiring diagram.
