Petrol Tank

I'm having a problem with my petrol tank. i drive a 1995 Honda integra, auto vtec.

when i fill up my tank full, only on a hot day, the petrol seems to rise and come out of my fuel lid. i find it only happens when theres a full tank and on a really hot day.

Has anyone had this problem or does anyone know whats the problem?
