power loss

Can anyone help? My clio 1.2 RL oasis 1996 loses power and "chugs" along when first started. This is a real problem when pulling out at a junction or roundabout as when I put my foot down to accelerate the car just will not pick up speed.The problem lasts for quite a while even when the car is warmed up.

this is similar to my problem i have just posted, pulling out a junction is a gamble when you know your car can just switch to no acceleration at any point. Did you solve this problem?
