All I wanna know is does it matter weather or not I get a cheap ground kit off of Ebay for $10 or, say, a Topline engineering grounding kit for $55. What's the difference between the cheap-o ebay kits and the more expensive kits found online? I would think a grounding kit it simply a grounding kit, right?

The cheapo kits online usually are just generic for any car. Tylas kit it made specifically for our cars ad if I remember right he uses a heavier guage than the wires in the kits found on ebay.

You replace your stock crummy deteriorating ground wires. If your stock lines are functioning at 100%, then I don't necessarily think you will notice much int he way of gains. However, I do believe I saw somebody post a dyno where they did pick up a decent chunk of power on a TT when they used nice thick gold plated ground wires or something. Don't remember exact details, but for the price, any gains aren't bad.

Basically figure, they improve your voltage throughout. That means the alternator is working less, which means less parasitic losses. The question really is how bad are your stock ground wires.

I still have some from him that havent gone in yet lol, was thinking of doing them today, how long you think it would take? Anyone who has done them. I honestly think he should make them for less (I think he easily could do it for 30 or so and still make a great profit) but its still a good deal, I cant wait to see if it helps at all on startup which is where you will realy see it me thinks.

Honestly I think the reason Tyla charges "so much" is he hopes he doesnt sell as much. seriously, for a while he wasnt making any new kits and the only reason he started again was because people kept bugging him so he raised the price. Considering he is making the kits himself it is probly pretty time consuming and he is a college student so I can only imagine how busy he is.
