2002 Envoy power steering problem

I have a 2002 Envoy and the power steering worked fine pre-Colorado blizzard. Now, it's giving me trouble. Has anyone encountered this problem and what is the fix?

Welcome AF. Not clear what " trouble" constitutes, but make sure snow is not packed up in the pulleys or linkage.
