Wheel and Tires

I am trying to find out if I can put 265/70/R16's with a 6 lug pattern that came off of a '96 Pre-Runner on to my '93 base pick up that currently has 195/75/R14 without making any major modifications to my pick-up.

um refresh me on those tire sizes, in inches, then i'll be able to help. But you should be able to fit a couple inches maybe, might have a tiny bit of rubbing, might have to do something about the front bumper. On that, anything larger than a couple inches larger than stock without any lift and your going to have some issues.
