New car #10. Teaser Pic inside.

Ok so as some as you may or may not know, I hit a deer in my other Integra back in October. Needless to say I wasn't very happy since it was the 2nd deer i've hit now that cancelled a build.

Sooooooo I got a killer deal on this because I did work on it for the previous owner and hes pretty much my best friend.

Anyway heres the pic:

I'll get more pics soon when I get it washed and what not. That pic is kinda older and the driver side fender has a dent in it, but I already have one to replace it with.

Dude the shop is soooo slow today. All I did was a State Inspection, 15k service, serpentine belt, and a few oil changes. Im about to tie a hammock between my lift and take a nap.

Looks clean from here. The DA is one of my top 3 favorite honda/acura's.
If that is indeed a B17 though, get rid of it. You can use it's rarity to your advantage when selling it. A B17 is identical to a B16a in EVERY way, minus the crank, rods, and pistons. It's deck height is too short to do anything with. Go with a the taller B18b/c block. Then just top it off with the head from your b17 (b16 head).

A B16a and B17a are identical in every way except for the pistons, crank, and rods. Although the B17a came in a "GSR" it is not related to the B18C GSR motor AT ALL.

b17's are pretty much stroked b16's. you can swap b16 internals to a b17 and it will be a b16 then. the head is a pr3 cast so yeah its a b16 head pretty much.

dude do you eve know how many gsr's where built between 92-93? have fun finding parts to fully rebuild a b17 and when you do, be ready to pay. and you call yourself a honda guy.....:rolleyes:
