89 Caprice Issue

I have an 89 caprice 305 tbi. The problem is after about 30 to 45 minutes of driving it hesitates during takeoff and braking. It stutters until i stomp the gas then it seems to jump in gear and drives fine until i start to slow down. Anyone know of any possible solutions?

Fuel filter, dirty injectors, IAC valve, vacuum leaks, take your pick. It's likely one of these.

i had the same problem, i had a crack in my carburator. had to get it rebuilt.
but it may just need a tune up cause the idle is prolly too low

1989 has throttle body fuel injection, not a carb.
