where is it?

im looking for my back-up light switch, seems the lights will not come on while im in reverse, but if i pull it down just a but twards neutral, they come on, i know it just needs a little adjustment.
should i look at the shifter or on the transmission?

It's on the lower part of the tranny facing the front end.

Yup, it is on top of the transaxle, near the left, drivers side, front corner of the housing.
