Cheap and effective lowering???

I would just like to know some quick, easy, and cheap way to lower our cars. I don't need a big drop just an inch or so, since I think that the car especially the rear end is a little high. I'm on a very tight tight budget so that really stops me from doing anything to the car.

i highly suggest you save up for springs and do it right. some people may tell you to cut your factory springs, but in the long run, your springs will begin to sag and break. keep in mind that if your car is lowered, you may need to get new shocks. however, if you only lower about an inch, the factory shocks should be okay.

I would never ever cut my factory springs cause that is just an accident waiting to happen in the long run. That method is a little to destructive for me. I figured that I would probably just have to save up and do it right eventually.

On another note does anyone know a good place online to buy tires. Since this past week one of mine was destroyed on a broken watercap in the road. I'm going to go ahead and buy one and hopefully the city will reimburse me.

Progress Springs are pretty cheap...they range 120-150 + S&H, it depends where you get it from
