Posting 4 times won't get you help any quicker than posting once. Were you not getting spark to begin with, before replacing your dizzy? Are you currently getting fuel? Is your "new" dizzy an aftermarket item or did you pull it from the yard? What car do you have and what motor?

I took care of the reposts. Be a little more patient, if your browser messed up during the process, just wait a minute and check and see if it was posted before you hit the button again.

Pull off one of your spark plug wires and hold it up against a ground bolt on the valve cover. Have someone crank the car and you should be able to see a tiny spark flow through the end of the wire.

Are you sure it was a code sixteen? one LONG blink and 6 QUICK blinks right? If you're not getting spark, try replacing the coil inside your distributor.

maybe the ignitor then, or a bad plug connection.

If its the same one, than what did you mean in your first post when you said you "got a new dizzy?" If you did replace your coil already, I'd say try a new ignitor as already mentioned.

Scrap up some money to get a refurbished distributor from autozone. Try the new distributor and if it doesn't fix your problem just return it.
You also need to trace out your code sixteen injector problem. Make sure the connectors are on and tight. Use a multimeter and test for continuity between pin A1 @ the ecu and the yellow injector wire. Do the same for the second injector (red wire) and pin A5. Also, check the power wires to each injector and the resistor box (top right corner of the engine bay, looks like a mini stereo amplifier) and make sure you're getting 6 ohms on each one and 12v.
