Help Truck makes clicking sound...

1992 dodge Dakota
When pressing the accelerator while moving it makes a sound that sounds like
metal being dragged against the road. Only happens while pressing gas pedal.
The sound seems to be coming from the mid to back half of the truck.
What could it be?
