i have a buddy possibly posting his 93 prelude on my ebay..now let me give u a rundown of the situation..the car has a h22a jdm motor that has 0miles on it since the swap..it had a h23 dist and a phearable ecu tuned n mapped for his mods ect. now when we use to start the car up it fired up fine..just wouldnt tach over 4k..which might of had the issue of it being the ecu or dist..well the problem hasnt been fixed since..and in that time sum1 has broken into his car..stole the ecu and also cut the harness and connectors attached to the ecu..also stole his MSD ignition which was also installed in the car..so now if the car had the ecu and connectos it still wouldnt start without the msd..im sounding a bit confusing but heres the thing..i wanna list this car so that there isnt no issues or conflicts with the person buying it, now i wanna know if u feel its a bad idea i post the car or is it cool to post it but have a real good description to whats wrong with it..i jsut dont wanna jeopardize my account or my PP or anything under my name..i jsut wanna know what should be said after a detailed descirption to keep this shit from ever falling back on me?

seriously, an ebay account is free and doesnt take long to set up. and if he still wants you do post it, tell him youll only do it if you can say EXACTLY what happend, with pics.

I agree with the others....Tell him to grow up and get his own ebay account. You MAY have to hold his hand if it becomes too much for him. And he shouldn't have a problem with the liability side as long as he is very specific about what happend!

and most people dont pay the full ammount til lthey pick up and and inspect it anyway, and make it clear that the deposit is non refundable. I'v won several cars and then ended up not buying them, as long as you give them the amount for the auction listing they usually understand. A car is a big purchase usually, and seeing it in person usually overwrites all writen stuff. As long as he works with the buyer and understands this, and makes it clear what it is from the start there shouldnt be a problem.

One part says payment is due within 7 days and another part says within 10 days. The rest... I didnt bother reading. The fancy "e" in the title might throw off search results, not possative.
