Mods For 2.2l Cavalier

I have a 1999 Cavalier.I Have about $10,000 to play with and I have some kind of idea of how I want to supe my car,but I want some suggestions before I make any decisions. (the 10g's is credit on a website so i cant get another car i am actual being sponsored):evillol:

body kit, lowering springs & struts, CAI, shift improver, engine mounts, header, exhaust, grounding wires, performance module, and alot more that i cant think of. lol
