CAAC is the company that owns the four domestic airlines. They have the worst safety records of any airline - and before you say what about Aeroflot in Russia - yep they are worse than Aeroflot. They lose a decent sized jet every year.

I'm not permitted to fly on any of them for work purposes unless there is no alternative airline available.
