I'm gonna assume that the blackened part of the pillars are gonna be chopped? If so, it should look pretty good!

I would say not chop the top, that truck is more for street/racing looks, not low-riderish. The shape is great the way it is. You should throw it on a mustang chassis if you can.

yeah. im not gonna chop it. i tried throwing a mustang chassis on it but it didn't work out the way i wanted it too, so i just stuck with the stock frame. also that won't be the final ride height. its gonna have a stance to it so it looks mean:evillol: :smokin:

Ok. Finally got around too making some progress with the truck. I finally got the wheels mounted and the suspension set up. I also made some custom exhaust tips:naughty: that make the truck look mean, I think. So tell me what you think. Comments and critizem welcome. Tell me how i can improve on my work.

I like it. Is it possible to make the back sit any lower and without the exhaust touching the ground?

Thanks. Yes it is possible to make the back sit lower without the exhaust touching the ground. Im not sure if i want to lower it anymore though. Cuz it has a stance to it that i like. Plus the tires kinda stick out alittle, but it looks good.

Now that I have a Camaro,we'll be able to race. But not too sure if I can win by looks. Well, but in the speed,i think I do,cuz my ride is lighter and has more aerodynamics. :icon16:

Yeah ill race ya. :grinno: but do you have a supercharger? :naughty: :evillol: lol. I have some more updates but can't get pics up till later today. So far i have trimmed the exhaust so it doesnt stick out so far, and i have been working on the body. Its just about ready for paint. Also instead of copper im gonna do it in silver or gunmetal and do the wheels black or gunmetal with a polished lip:smokin:

Looking good. IMO I think you should have left the roof normal, but to each is own right?

The wheels look good, nice contrast on them.

Is there anyway you can tuck the exhaust up tight against the body before you get it painted; the exhaust kind of looks like its hanging to the side a bit from what I see, but that may just be me, not sure. :2cents:

Anyways, looks good! -Check out my 99 silverado thread. :bigthumb:

looks good. i think you should chop out a section of the bedside so that the exhaust can tuck up more, then it will look much better. BTW that carbon fiber looks killer, good job

looks good. i would definatly recommend filling the gap where the grille piece connects to the fenders. it looks unfinished how it is now.

Uh...I think he meant the removed grille. I think that's it.
But,if you are going to paint it...wasn't the decals supposed to be applied after the paint??
Looks great!

Looks good!

Maybe I'll paint the middle of the wheels for my Supra, too. I don't know how the gun metal looks on it. I think a semi-gloss or a gloss black should look good. But now I' not sure in my idea. :uhoh: Can you take me a close picture from the wheel? :smooch:
