HELP ASAP! 2000 Sebring

My buddy has a 2000 Sebring, and her loser father scewed with it so she can't use it :nono: I looked at it, but it was too dark to do anything, so I'm brainstorming what it could be. It turns over, but doesnt start. I'm thinking the simplest thing he couldve done is unplugged a few wires. anything else anyone can help with i would definely very much appreciate. :)
