I have a 99' and would like to get 4 wheels for my snow tires. I really dont care what kind as long as their not bent. Anyone have some they'd like to sell or have a suggestion as to where I can get 2 pair at a fair price? S.E. Michigan

I've picked up spare factory wheels off of eBay for reasonable prices. Even with shipping and handling fees from eBay, the "to my door" price was much better than I could find locally (I live in Iowa). Many times people will buy a car and immediately upgrade the wheels, then stick the factory ones on eBay.

I have 4 steel rims I removed from my '95 Taurus a few years back when I replaced them w/ factory Taurus aluminum alloy rims.
These are factory Ford rims, steel, 15 in diameter and painted black. I believe they are 6.00 in wide, but I would have to check for verification. The original size tires on this car was P205/65R15...
Let me know if you are interested. $10.00 per rim plus shipping from South Carolina to your location.
thanks,
_Tom

boodieman, Sounds like a good price but I already have size 15 tires and it looks like the below site says those wheels are 14's - but you say their 15's?

I'm positive my factory steel rims are 15 inch diameter.
The original tire size for a Ford Taurus (except SHO) was P205/65R15.
One of the Ford hubcaps became lost and when I visited a salvage yard to find one, I discovered a really nice set of factory aluminum alloy rims on a Taurus wagon. They now reside on my car and I still have my original steel rims.
I apologize for not responding earlier to your post. Due to Christmas, I have not logged onto this site.
Let me know if you are interested.

95 Taurus steel wheels are 15''. They stopped using 14'' on the first generation.

Wonder how we could estimate shipping costs?

What is your zip code? (Mine is 29621)
I could phone FedEx and get a pretty good estimate by giving them them weight, size of the box and the destination zip code.
Also, I checked the rims this weekend. They are 15 in dia by 6.0 in wide.

I ended up just removing the old tires and putting the snows on. I will just deal with it in the spring. Thanks.
